Scenario: In one month, you will be named the CEO of General Motors. You must develop a strategic plan for the company to remain competitive. You plan must answer these questions:
1) Should your factories be placed globally, or only in the United States or a combination of both?
2) Should American jobs be prioritized over foreign jobs?
3) Should the working conditions of your workers in other countries matter?
4) Should American armed forces be used to keep the global supply chain stable and to protect the markets for our products?
5) Should GM acquire the raw materials it needs from the globe, or should it attempt to build a local supply chain?
6) Should your product use sustainable resources even though it might result in a more expensive product?
