Paper requirements:
-Answer at least 3 questions (4 honors) including the required question.
-Paper must answer this question: Based on the information you have gathered, should GM continue moving in a global direction or become more isolationist in its philosophy?
-The paper may be organized in any manner including using bullets, numbering, paragraphing, photos, bold headings, etc.
-All answers must be supported by specific information (quotes, etc.)
Here are the questions:
- Should your factories be placed globally, or only in the United States or a combination of both?
- Should American jobs be prioritized over foreign jobs?
- Should the working conditions of your workers in other countries matter?
- *Should American armed forces be used to keep the global supply chain stable and to protect the markets for our products? [REQUIRED]
- Should GM acquire the raw materials it needs from the globe, or should it attempt to build a local supply chain?
- Should US Troops be used for humanitarian missions.
- Should your product use sustainable resources even though it might result in a more expensive product?
