1) Looking back at the 8 reasons the Roman empire fell, what is your level of concern that the same thing that is happening in the US?
2) As a class, identify the three most pressing concerns for the United States based on the list of 8.
3) Pass out Fall of Rome DBQ.
4) Review the DBQ reasons that the US is failing, then place the three biggest on the list (p.35).
5) Look at the DBQ documents in isolation. Determine the source, bias, reliability and meaning of each document.

Your group will make be making paper airplane(big sheet). Each group will produce one. The group that wins receives $1 apeace.
Point system (one airplane per person per event):
