You'll be given a paragraph from one of the essays about Syria.  Your task will be to produce an essay that has an interesting introduction that ends with a thesis and a corrected body paragraph that has a PERFECT claim, evidence & warrant.

Yearbook Activity
Future essay question: Why do things that were once powerful disappear?  We'll be looking at yearbook sponsors from the last 50 years and use spreadsheets to organize and display trends and date to try to answer this question. Today we will be turning the data collected last week into charts.  In groups of three, you will be presenting your charts and explaining 1) What the chart shows; and 2) the reason the data is the way it is.
